If your motorcycle is tightened down properly there would be no need for a tie down system that would automatically tension itself. Also, there isn't a system available that is capable of doing this.

We do have a similar ratcheting tie down strap available that is 10 feet long. That is the longest retractable strap we carry. Take a look at the Erickson Tie Down, # EM34416. I looked over the various tie down options, and wasn't able to find anything that met all the parameters you mentioned. The Erickson # 08504-05 you mentioned comes the closest, but we don't have anything that has a longer strap. If you can live with S hooks, you could use the # 58505 axle strap along with the 2 x 27 10K ratchet strap, part # EM69627. You can always shorten the strap if need be.
